- Complete the fulfilment process of taking reservation, issuing tickets and invoices and making changes to existing tickets
- Use computerized reservation system GDS Amadeus
- Adhere to Company Travel Policies
- Accomplish duties within airline and IATA/BSP rules
- Perform other job duties/responsibilities as may be assigned for the successful operation of the company
- apply excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone.
- Gain knowledge of fares and fare rules pertaining to ticket purchases and exchanges
- Work efficiently and courteously with all team members
- Understand the relationship with the airlines.
